2000 | Updating and Improving
In 2000, the restaurant again transformed the dining areas, increased seating capacity and access to the upper level dining space. Increasing the amenities and improving the air conditioning systems as part of the extensive renovation.
The kitchen was also renovated with improved equipment, efficiency and layout in mind.
